Patrick Sullivan is the manager and principal at Sullivan Economic Consulting, LLC ("SEC"). SEC provides consulting services on regulated public utility issues, focused primarily on regulatory accounting, finance, cost-of-service studies, and utility rate design engagements.  Patrick's professional experience includes working at the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin and for an Investor-Owned Utility, and has provided expert-witness testimony in contested proceedings before multiple public utility regulatory bodies.
